Our community farewelled father Tom last week. May his unwavering dedication to spreading the love and faith of Christ continue to inspire the Blacktown community! Nagle College Launches New STEM Scholarship for Future Innovators
Nagle College Blacktown has announced the launch of the “Christine Howe STEM Academic Scholarship”, a new opportunity designed to support and inspire young women passionate about STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Students enrolling in Year 7 from 2026 are eligible to apply for the scholarship, which reflects the College’s ongoing commitment to excellence in learning within a supportive Catholic community.

Year 4 were introduced recently to 'book tasting'. It is a great way to explore a variety of books and see if any ignite their imaginations or curiosity. By simply looking at the front cover, reading the blurb and choosing a page or two to read helps them decide if they are interested enough to read the whole book. What a great strategy!
