Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund

In Term 3, school staff are invited to have a cuppa and donate to the Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund appeal.

Over 170 Scholarships have been awarded since 2007, providing direct cash benefits exceeding $700,000 to families in the Parramatta diocese.

Named in honour of Emeritus Bishop Kevin Manning, the scholarship fund was established in 2007 by the Diocese of Parramatta to create opportunities for families in genuine financial need to access a Catholic education for their children.

In addition to Catholic Education waiving the annual tuition fees
and the building levy for eligible families, this scholarship assists with the costs of local school-based fees, excursions and uniforms.

The Bishop Manning Scholarship Fund is funded solely by generous donations from staff, families and parishioners and 100% of all funds raised go directly to families in genuine financial need.

Families interested in applying for the Scholarship program should visit or contact their local school or parish office for more information.
